In an effort to promote energy efficiency, we've designed the Solar Loan program to assist homeowners with the ability to finance solar for their homes. The program cannot be used for solar installation on recreational vehicles or commercial properties.
Borrowers renting homes are not eligible for this program.
If a borrower owns a Condo or Townhome, the borrower must provide a letter from the COA/HOA that approves the installation of Solar on the home (if applicable).
If a borrower lives in a neighborhood governed by an HOA, the borrower must provide a letter from the HOA stating that Solar is permitted (if applicable).
Borrowers that are on Grid must provide a letter from their electric provider that the engineered Solar System has been approved for installation. This letter must be provided prior to funding.
All loans are subject to credit approval.
